how do you justify calling that a turbo? a turbocharger is a centrifugal air compressor powered by an exhaust driven turbine wheel. you might be able to get away labeling it as 'ghetto ass weak as hell supercharger/blower' but calling it a turbo is lame. and high flow injectors? what, are you going to tell them to install 8.5:1 dish pistons too? what next, forced induction using bottles of compressed air and labeled as 'cheap nitrous'? if you're going to add power, add it right!
