I've thought about these electric turbos before, but there are a few problems with them that I see: the cannot push enough air, making a lack of boost, so you need a powerful fan, right? And how are you going to control the fan. You don't want it to be running, pushing high boost in you engine while your car is sitting idle - so how would you control that? If you got these wourked out, tell me.
