that electric turbo on ebay is such a joke, 160 cfm, is hardly enough to do anything, its probably more of a restriction to airflow. just from the picture you can tell how inefficient it would be, it has a fan blade for a compressor, and probably a computer cooling fan for a motor. to build an electric turbo that would actually work, you would need a motor that could spin at very high rpm, atleast 50,000 rpm, hopefully alot more, and you would most likely want to use a radial flow compressor wheel, unless you want to run multiple stages with an axial flow design. I need to do some research on motors, but there have been big advances in electric motor technology in the past few years, the more modern the motor the better, probably the reason electric forced induction hasn't been implemented in the past is because electric motors were too inefficient.. just my 2 cents
